Hannah Montana Toys are a hit

Hannah Montana Toys are a hit!
I must admit they are fun for all ages. To give them a whirl we had a Hannah Montana Party the day after seeing the movie and hade hours of fun. Of course the girls outlasted the moms and the moms outlasted the dads but we all enjoyed watching the show go on. Even the quietest kids joined in full force.
We had the opportunity to start the play with a couple of dolls and the Hannah Montana Sensational Transformation was at first a bit difficult to use but once the girls got the hang of switching the hair color around, it was so much fun. They couldn’t decide which way to keep her. Was it Miley or Hannah? All the fun accessories were great too but I suggest having a bag or perhaps one of the many purses or bags from the collection to keep all the accessories in. We also had fun with one from the collection with a light up guitar and that had lots of fun accessories too.
After getting the dolls ready it was show time. The Hannah Montana the Movie Rockin Concert Microphone was great fun. The two songs were “The Best of Both Worlds" and "You'll Always Find your Way Back Home". What was fun was you can sing along, record your own voice and play it back. Everyone wanted turns for sure! Even a dad could sing all the words and the girls loved hearing him.
Just when we thought it couldn’t get any better the Hannah Montana Pop Star Electric Guitar was brought out and eyes began to pop. Taking turns made everyone get very excited about their turn to play. There is a headset included and three songs to choose from including The Best of Both Worlds, Life’s What You Make It and Nobody’s Perfect. At the end of the night one of the girls said “wouldn’t it be great if there was a case like the one she carries in the movie to carry some things home in?”. The answer was yes. I did a search and I found that there is that any many more things to store and carry all the fun things we had tried in. Everyone left with something and the parents all had a great time. I know the products in this line are every bit of fun as hoped because I get calls from friends and family who continue to but them and say they make the perfect gifts and there is so much to choose from.
I have to give these toys and the fun we had an A for sure!

Glade Soy Candles

I am a candle lover. I have scents for every season and mood. I am also very particular about the candles I burn as I like them to be what they promise. I want them to last (get my monies worth right?).Well I love Glade Soy Candles so much and the size is misleading because they actually have a big scent coming from such a small candle. I have been sharing them at work and getting great feedback there as well. There is clean burning and they definitely are long lasting. The variety of scents is also a big plus. People can choose from sweet to natural scents. Something for everyone.

Play It Again Sports

My kids have been involved in sports for over 14 years. We have had to buy so much equipment over those years and we have found Play It Again Sports has saved us lots of money and paid us a little too. We have sold them everything from skates to bats and bought many things from them as well. They carry team sports equipment including new and used items and have leisure sports equipment available for those just looking for a good deal for themselves. My kids both received their first golf club sets from Play it Again Sports with little golf bags included. The kids were so cute with their little bags and irons. It was Christmas time when we bought these several years ago but do believe I continue to see theses sets through the holiday season still. If you opt for one of these sets I suggest buying the wiffle golf balls so they can use the clubs right away and no windows will suffer in the process. We exchange ski and snowboard equipment as they grow and actually have an account with them to keep store credit. I really have saved alot of money over the years on our sports equipment doing business with the company and believe their business has been very fair with their compensation. Check out their website to see if they can help you save too.

Needed: Cushion in the End Zone

I have a question. Has anyone ever found stadium seats that are actually comfortable? I am a fan of the most talented ball player, in both football and baseball, to ever grace our family, so it is imperative that I continue to support this gifted young man. Ok, so it’s my son, but he really is great!! Since he was little the comfort of the seating has changed with each level of game play. From T-Ball to tackle football the seating got progressively uncomfortable. We used to be able to bring blankets and chairs. Then game play evolved to venues which required bleachers. This switch quickly introduced me to stadium seating. I still have 2 1/2 years of high school ball and if he continues his dedication and hard work, he will reach his goal of college ball in one or both sports. So my dilemma, I have invested in several stadium seats that clip on to the bleachers and have yet to find one that lasts more than a handful or so of uses. The back rests are usually very sturdy; it is the actual seat that wears and no cushion is between me and the bleacher. I am a pretty light person so do not consider that a factor in the quick cushion demise. If anyone has any experience with a great stadium seating or similar product I would love to hear your suggestions. Thanks and remember…GO RAPTORS!!!

Welcome

http://lindylately.blogspot.com/

I am Lindy and I would like to welcome you to Lindy Lately. I am looking forward to sharing money saving and dollar stretching tips as well as some product reviews with you all. I have over 20 years experience in the money saving field including sale watching, coupon clipping and markdown searching. I have 2 teens who it seems frequently need money or things that cost lots of money. These items consist of food, clothes, school supplies, sports equipment, and personal items. Now more than ever I need to watch how my money is spent. With the economy dictating a rise in prices yet the lack of cost of living raises, it is hard to find a balance. Maybe we can help each other find ways to save.
